Skill levels
Our new game system also includes various skill levels that you can progress through while playing LASER FORCE. Your level depends solely on your abilities.
The skill level system is designed to reward players with higher skill levels while maintaining a fair playing field between new and more experienced players.
As a result, L4 players must hit an L1 or L2 player twice instead of the usual once to take them down. At levels L5 and L6, players need to hit L1 and L2 players three times and L3 players twice to eliminate them.
As you advance in skill levels, you will also unlock special abilities during the game. These abilities can only be used against higher-level players, keeping the game fair for our newer players.
LEVEL 1 Newbie
Players start at level 1, where the average score is less than 1500.
LEVEL 2 Gunner
Complete 2 missions with an average score of 1500 – 3000.
LEVEL 3 Soldier
Complete 4 missions with an average score of 3001 – 4500.
LEVEL 4 Captain
Complete 6 missions with an average score of 4501 – 6500.
LEVEL 5 Starlord
Complete 8 missions with an average score of 6501 – 8500.
LEVEL 6 Laser Master
Complete 10 missions with an average score of 8001 – 9600.
LEVEL 7 Conqueror
Complete 15 missions (including 5 as 'Laser Master') with an average score of 9601 – 11200.
LEVEL 8 Titan
Complete 20 missions (including 5 as 'Conqueror') with an average score of 11201 – 12800.
