How to play?

A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 16 players can play at the same time.

Each player wears a vest with an attached phaser. The phaser must be held with both hands or it will not fire. The vest has sensors that light up in a particular color depending on the game mode, and the entire vest is a target. Every player starts with a score of zero.

Players earn points by deactivating players from another team, destroying targets, and collecting bonus points that appear on the beacons.

After you are hit, your vest switches off for 6–8 seconds, which you can also see on the phaser. Players improve their abilities and skills during the game, reflected in their current level. The higher a player's level, the more hits they need to deactivate players at a lower level.

The display on the phaser offers new options such as fitness data and the ability to change the phaser type or avatar.  

Game objectives vary depending on the selected mode. Sometimes you need to score as many points as possible by hitting opponents; other times you must score a goal or deactivate players and turn them into your own team color.  

Players also collect points using targets and beacons located throughout the arena. Targets have different point values indicated by light signals. You can hit a teammate, but you will be penalized by losing points and being 'hit' yourself. When a player is hit, the vest signals it with sound, vibration, and the sensors switching off. The player remains out of the game for a period of time depending on the mode. The best use of this time is to hide, because the player can still be shot while the vest is not lit. 

The game lasts 12 minutes. When it ends, players clip the phaser back onto the vest and return to the arena exit. After the game, they can view the complete game statistics and player rankings on the screen.
